Prices
At Studio Lofabi, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. Studio Lofabi reserves the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.
Payment
Studio Lofabi accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal.
Delivery
Studio Lofabi ships to all of Denmark. Your art print order is sent with GLS within 3-5 working days, and will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop.
Deliveries are also made abroad. Your art print order is sent with Post Nord within 5-8 working days.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in material and manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to Studio Lofabi within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. one month as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. Studio Lofabi covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Requests to use the right of cancellation must be sent to contact@studiolofabi.com. In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly noted and the order number must be given. If you wish to return the item, you must pack the item securely and attach the attached return label and hand in the package to your nearest post office. You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that I must receive the item in its original condition.
If the item has been damaged or the like, it is considered as reduced in value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Studio Lofabi to assess the condition of the item.

Studio Lofabi does not resell personal information and does not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Studio Lofabi, we need the following information:

Studio Lofabi register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
